Endoscopy is an essential adjacent method to operating microscope for exploration of the middle ear. Our technique is carried out by transtubaric approach. Flexible endoscope with diameter 800um was used. The surgeon controls the investigation only by video monitoring. Hidden structures, which are not accessible for operating microscope like tympanic recess, facial recess, antrum, orifice of the eustachian tube can be inspected. The video-sequences present the non-invasive endoscopically exploration of the middle ear on outpatient under local anaesthesia
