Trranslabyrinthine approach is the safest and the most predictable approach in management of acoustic tumor having no useful hearing. The hearing level among the indications is open to discussion however there are still some limits that are generally accepted.

The steps of the translabyrinthine acoustic tumor surgery are demonstrated in the video belonging to a case having an intracanalicular tumor with SRT value of 75 dB and no discrimination.
